Delivery
- We deliver to all mainland addresses with a valid postcode.
- Please ensure you enter correct delivery address while making payment. We will not be liable, if the item is lost because of the wrong/insufficient postal address.
- All items are dispatched using Royal Mail delivery service.
- We usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.
- Please note - Orders paid Paypal eCheque will take longer to receive.
- In case of items being out of stock after order is accepted, we will deliver as soon as new stock arrives unless you request a refund.
- All items dispatched will be securely packaged.
- Products may be dispatched from different locations and may therefore arrive separately - you will not incur additional delivery charges under these circumstances .
- Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive
- Delivery time - 1 to 5 working days, all though in some rare cases delivery can take up to 7 days.

- All the items that we sell are from the largest memory card suppliers and therefore most have minimum of 12 months warranty and a maximum of lifetime warranty.
- We will only process refunds if the memory card is damaged upon receipt or if there is a technical problem with the card.
- Please refer to item configuration or manufacturers handbook for the correct memory compatibility for you device.
- Wherever possible, It is advised that you register your product with the manufacturer when you receive it to benefit from the manufacturers warranty. Kingston offer a lifetime warranty on their products, Sandisk offers a 5 year warranty on most products and a lifetime warranty on selected products and Transcend offer a lifetime warranty on most products.
- If your product develops a fault, we will exchange any of our products for as long as you own it with a valid proof of purchase. A replacement ships within 7 days of us receiving your defective return. Free expedited replacement is available.
